Wanda Cook

Wanda Cook serves as Chief Operating Officer of Archway Recovery Services, where she leads organizational operations, workforce development, systems improvement, and strategic growth.

Since joining Archway in 2020, she has helped guide the organization through significant expansion while strengthening the infrastructure, standards, and operating systems needed to support high-quality substance use disorder treatment and recovery services.

Wanda brings more than three decades of nonprofit leadership experience, including organizational development, program design, community partnerships, and service delivery. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Simpson University.

Her leadership is grounded in the belief that strong organizations create the conditions for people to recover, rebuild stability, and restore connection and belonging.
