WHO WE ARE

Archway Recovery Services is a California nonprofit behavioral health organization serving communities across Northern California. Our regional footprint includes the counties previously served through Partnership HealthPlan of California’s substance use disorder network, along with Napa and Yolo counties, allowing us to support individuals and communities across a broad and connected service area.

Recovery works.

Every community should build
a system that makes
it achievable.

Archway Recovery Services is a nonprofit behavioral health organization helping people move from addiction and instability toward recovery, health, purpose, and belonging.

We provide a connected continuum of substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health support, recovery services, housing stabilization, care coordination, and prevention. But our work is about more than providing services.

We are building pathways that help people get well and stay connected to the people, resources, and communities that make recovery sustainable.

Because recovery rarely happens through a single intervention.

It happens when effective treatment is accessible.

  • When care follows the person instead of requiring the person to navigate disconnected systems.

  • When housing becomes stable.

  • When health needs are addressed.

  • When employment and purpose become possible again.

  • And when people discover relationships and communities where they are known, valued, and supported.

That is the work of Archway.

OUR VISION

We envision a trusted and thriving community where wellness and dignity are within everyone’s reach; and where every person can step together strong into a life of stability, purpose, and belonging.

OUR VALUES

Our values are not simply statements about what we believe. They define how we care for people, how we work with one another, and how we earn the trust of the communities we serve. Dignity, Integrity, Access, Collaboration, and Excellence.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
Recovery is the restoration of belonging.

People are more likely to thrive when they experience dignity, meaningful relationships, personal agency, safety, and a sense that they belong somewhere.

People joining hands, symbolizing belonging and mutual support in recovery.

For many people affected by addiction, those connections have been damaged or lost.

Recovery creates the opportunity to rebuild them.

At Archway, evidence-informed treatment and disciplined clinical practice are essential. But treatment exists in service of something profoundly human: helping people develop the capacity and support to build lives they want to protect.

A life with stability.

A life with purpose.

People are connected to healthier lives. Families strengthened. Communities made more resilient.

OUR AWESOME CAUSE
We strengthen community to make recovery achievable.

Addiction can separate people from nearly everything that gives life stability:

health, family, housing, employment, opportunity, trust, and community.

Recovery restores those connections.

That is why Archway approaches recovery as both a clinical journey and a community responsibility.

Treatment matters deeply. So do the conditions surrounding treatment.

We work to create a connected system in which people can enter care at the level appropriate to their needs, move through a continuum of support as they stabilize, and ultimately build lives that can sustain recovery beyond treatment.

Our responsibility does not end when someone leaves a program.

Our aim is something larger.

A CONNECTED APPROACH TO RECOVERY

There is no single doorway into recovery and no single service that can address every need.

Archway has developed a continuum designed to meet people where they are and help them move forward as their needs change.
