AOD Counselors and Interns
Counselors provide evidence-based treatment and counseling. We hire experienced, certified counselors. We also provide training for those who are pursuing certification as an AOD Counselor. We are a great option for interns seeking supervision.
Residential Support Staff
Residential Support Staff are front line key contributors. You will interact with our residents as you manage day to day programing. Our team expresses great satisfaction in knowing they are making a real difference every day.
Administration
Our admin team does the heavy lifting so our clinical and residential team can focus on our patients. Administration involves Quality Assurance, Billing, Bookkeeping, Facilities, AP / AR, HR, and Compliance. Help keep ARS on track and join our administrative team.
