Kimberly Chu

Kimberly brings more than 30 years of experience working with vulnerable and at-risk populations, including more than 20 years in leadership, training, and program development. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals impacted by substance use, incarceration, re-entry, and other complex life challenges.

At Archway, she leads the development and implementation of workforce development, training, and employee development programs designed to strengthen staff knowledge, skills, and confidence. Her approach to leadership centers on developing and supporting people while building practical systems that promote consistency, accountability, and quality of care. Kimberly believes that investing in employees and giving them the tools to succeed strengthens not only the individual, but the organization and the communities it serves.
