Jon Peterson

Jon R. Peterson is Program Director for Archway Recovery Services, leading residential, outpatient, and community-based programs. His approach emphasizes accountability, consistency, staff development, and compassionate client care.

Before Archway, Jon led residential substance-use and co-occurring mental-health treatment programs and built an alumni program serving more than 1,600 people through meetings, events, family engagement, and community partnerships. His work strengthened program stability, staff performance, and long-term recovery connections.

Jon’s prior leadership experience includes roles as Regional Vice President for Qwest, COO, Executive Vice President, Regional Director, and business owner. He also serves on the Christian Business Fellowship Advisory Board. Jon holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
