Clement Francis brings a comprehensive 20+ years' background in nursing, biblical studies, and health systems leadership, including completion of the Navy BUMED Clinic Management program and subsequent BUMED Teacher. A former #1 ranked Navy Nurse Corps Lieutenant selected for Lieutenant Commander, he previously directed multi-disciplinary primary care operations and regional healthcare initiatives at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and across the National Capital Region. Integrating his clinical expertise in acute care with high-level administrative leadership, he now optimizes operational performance and patient-centered care within the Substance Use Disorder recovery realm.
