FAQ'S

Q: How long is Residential Treatment? A: Treatment time is associated with your progress with your individualized treatment plan and your insurance authorization. Many patients who experience the greatest success in their recovery stay for more than 60 days.

Q: What is detox like? A: If you enter treatment under the influence of drugs or alcohol, your treatment begins with managing your withdrawal symptoms under constant observation. Most patients detox for 3 - 5 days. You will be provided opportunities to have medication assisted treatment during detox to minimize your symptoms. Once your body is free from toxins, you are ready for residential or outpatient treatment.

Q: How do you determine what treatment program is best? A: An initial assessment is provided at your intake to establish your immediate program needs. Once you are stable and free from toxins, a full assessment is completed that determines your treatment path. Together you and your counselor will determine the best program for your needs.

Q: What does Continuum of Care mean? A: Treatment can begin with Detox and progress through residential to outpatient treatment. Your assessment will indicate where on the treatment continuum you should begin your treatment. The continuum addresses your changing needs as your recovery strengthens.

Q: Does Archway Recovery Services accept insurance? A: Yes, we accept many insurance plans. Our admissions consultants can verify your insurance coverage.

Q: Can I smoke in treatment at Archway Recovery Services A: All our facilities are non-smoking, non-vaping spaces. You will be provided access to nicotine replacement patches or other cessation interventions while in treatment at Archway.

Q: What Can I Bring to Treatment? A: You may bring 5 days of clothing. Personal Hygiene and grooming items are allowed. You or storage will be limited to 2 large dresser drawers and or hared closet space. Digital devices are not allowed in treatment and will be securely stored.

Q: What about my medications in Treatment? A: Please bring your medications in their original containers identifying the RX indications, prescriber, and dosage. While in Residential Treatment, we will log your medications for self administration.

  2. Send the completed form by email, fax or U.S. mail.
     

  3. Please allow 14 business days for your request to be processed.
