Referral to Integrated Behavioral Health Treatment
We accept referrals for individuals experiencing:
• Substance use disorder
• Substance use with co-occurring depression or anxiety
• Substance use with trauma history
• Substance use with mood instability
• Clients at risk of relapse due to untreated mental health symptoms

• Comprehensive assessment addressing both SUD and mental health
• ASAM-informed level-of-care placement
• Regular communication when authorized
• Coordinated discharge planning
• Continuity of care recommendations

Archway accepts referrals and bed-to-bed transfers from hospitals, clinics, doctors and other health care providers throughout Solano and Napa Counties.

Archway works with various agencies in our legal system to provide recovery services for offenders with a moderate to high risk to reoffend. We assist them in making successful parole transitions or reentry to their communities while addressing substance use disorders, dysfunctional relationships, anger management and criminal thinking. Archway provides evidence-based, trauma informed Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (CBT) in addition to other programs to stabilize and empower our clients.
Referral Process

We will complete the patient assessment, verify benefits or provide caregiver/family guidance on funding options. We will asign the appropriate treatment level of care to meet the patient's need.

LEGAL SYSTEM
We help men and women on parole or probation and other justice-inolved people referred through the California corrections and court systems to secure sobriety, housing, employment and a successful reintegration into society.

We work with various agencies in our legal system to provide recovery services for offenders with a moderate to high risk to re-offend. We are sensitive to the many variables involved with offender recovery services including gender responsiveness, geriatric specializations and trauma-informed case handling. We assist parole agents, probation officers and agents of the court in making successful parole transitions or reentry to their communities while addressing substance use disorders, dysfunctional relationships, anger management and criminal thinking.
Referral Process

We will guide you through the unique referral process of each jurisdiction. We will complete the patient/client assessment, verify benefits or provide caregiver/family guidance on funding options, follow treatment authorization process, and select the appropriate treatment approach when transferred to Archway.
