A COMMITMENT TO SERVE OUR COMMUNITY
Come Work With Us
We are expanding our team! We are looking for Recovery Technicians, Overnight House Managers, AOD Counselors and Counseling Interns. If you believe everyone deserves the chance to live their best life, you are just who we are looking for.
We are only as good as our people. Our staff helps others let go of trauma, break free from addiction, and build a healthy life full of promise. If this describes you, we want to talk to you.
We set high standards and we work hard. But we also get behind our people and make sure they have what they need to be their best selves every day.
We pay competitive wages. We provide health benefits. We have paid vacations. Make a difference in someone's life every day. Email us. We want to talk to you.
IN OUR COMMUNITY
We receive funding from both public and private sources; partners who recognize how addiction is linked to crime, homelessness, domestic violence and rising health care costs.
For every dollar invested in addiction treatment programs, a community saves $4 to $12* in reduced criminal justice costs and drug-related crime and theft.
*National Institute on Drug Abuse, 2020
Less than 10% of the people who would benefit from addiction treatment get the services they need. Join us as we work to meet the challenge of recovery in our homes, schools, workplaces and communities.
