Kevin Phillips

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Phillips has supported hundreds of families in crisis, with years of experience in family counseling, organizational leadership and as an ordained Episcopal priest. His perspective is grounded in both attachment theory and the neurobiology of addiction, with a focus on how early childhood experiences inform one’s emotional framework and relationships later in life.

Wanda Cook

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Ms. Cook’s experience, competence and commitment to service anchors the Archway team. Previously, she was the Executive Director of the largest child & youth development performing arts organization in Solano County.

Chris Audette

DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS

Mr. Audette served as the Director of Operations for the Salvation Army at the Kroc Center in the San Francisco Tenderloin. Prior to this appointment he administered social service and community programming for the Salvation Army in Solano County. He also teaches in the Human Services & Addiction Studies at Napa Valley College, where he is committed to helping develop professionals in the field.

John Ezell

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

John R. Ezell, CPA, serves as Chief Financial Officer of Archway Recovery Services. A Marine Corps veteran and former U.S. diplomat, he brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience in nonprofit, government, private sector, and international organizations. Prior to Archway, he served with the U.S. Agency for International Development, overseeing financial operations across 14 countries. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and holds a B.S. in Accounting from George Mason University.
