Transitional Recovery Housing
Transitional Recovery Housing provides safe, structured living environments that support accountability, stability, and sober community living. These homes help individuals continue progressing in recovery while rebuilding independence and life skills.
ECM (Enhanced Care Management)
Enhanced Care Management (ECM) helps individuals navigate healthcare, behavioral health, housing, benefits, and community resources through personalized care coordination. ECM supports whole-person wellness by helping remove barriers that can interfere with long-term recovery and stability.
Youth Prevention Programs
Our Youth Prevention Programs provide education, mentorship, and early intervention designed to reduce risk factors associated with substance use and behavioral health challenges. Through community partnerships and evidence-informed programming, we help young people build resilience, healthy decision-making skills, and positive pathways forward.
